Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada — every province and territory.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. At checkout you can also add Insured Shipping ($3.95 CAD), which fully covers your order against loss or damage in transit.

Processing & delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then usually takes 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your province. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Duties & customs — no extra costs
No surprises at your door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable duties and customs charges are already covered by us, so you will never be asked to pay extra on delivery.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, just email us and we'll look into it right away.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, or arrives lost or damaged, contact support@thelodelane.com — we'll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
